Cobblestone is a sectional title residential complex situated in Lambton, Germiston. The complex consists of 104 units and is managed by an elected property manager alongside a board of trustees in accordance with the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act.
Our body corporate is dedicated to ensuring responsible management of the property, financial transparency, and the well-being of our residents.
